Lightscribe on LG case and Samsung inside
Hi to everybody. This is the problem: I had a Lacie d2 DVD burner with a Samsung SH-W162L drive inside but it wa unusuble and I discovered that it was the USB2->ATA internal bridge. I then decided to buy an LG E40N DVD burner in order to pass the internl drive to my son's PC and keep the box for my Samsung drive.
Now, in order to be more clear: I have an LG's E40N USB2 external box with a Samsung SH-W162L drive inside but there is no way to use Lightscribe with it because, I believe, LaCie's LightScribe thinks is dealing with a drive which is not from LaCie. How can i bypass this obstacle?
TIA.
Simon
