My iPhone Has a Bruise =[

I take care of my iphone like its my baby... i let no one else touch it and it ia always in a case becasue i am only 15 and i really dont feel like paying for a new one. Yesterday i woke up and there are 2 black circles on the screen about a 1/2cm in diameter but it is not dead pixcels becasue u can see them when the phone is in sleep.... it almost looks like the lcd pannel got detached causing a slight shadow or maybe air bubbles.

Please tell me what you think! Do u think Apple will replace it?
