Apple TV - Model A1218

I recently bought this unit used. I think I purchased the wrong model. I was looking for the hi def model, but when I tried to sync Grey's Anatomy hd version, it said my Apple TV is not compatible. It was able to sync the standard def file.

Did I purchase the wrong model? If so, what models support HDTV?

I do believe you'll just need to update the Apple TV software. I'm fairly certain the only thing keeping previous versions of Apple TVs from syncing HD content is the software running within them. If the Apple TV has HDMI (and I think all versions of Apple TV do), it has the ability to display HD content.

Please, someone correct me if I'm wrong.
