HUGE screen display!

Question

HUGE screen display!

I was on my computer scrolling through a web page when all of a sudden my screen display magnified and became huge! I tried playing around with the resolution, its now set on 1440 x 900 but its still not normal and the numbers don't get any bigger. Help!

Mac Book Pro, Mac OS X (10.5.2)

Hold ctrl and scroll down with your touchpad (two fingers sliding down) or mouse wheel. You activated Leopard's zooming system, accessible in System Preferences/Universal Access.

My thanks too! I just had the same problem. It is hard to imagine how big of an issue it is to have this happen - you can't see the entire screen and moving the mouse moves both the cursor and the zoomed in portion of the screen beneath the mouse.

And you are correct: the Apple Support Discussions are a great resource!
