Leaving a callback number?

After moving from Verizon I was expecting that when someone called my iPhone and I didn't pick up the caller would have two options, either leave a voice message or leave a callback number.

But the default outgoing message doesn't mention leaving a callback number. On Verizon it was pressing 5.

Two AT&T reps I asked were clueless.

Any suggestions?

I know of no such option on AT&T.

To my knowledge, AT&T's standard voicemail allows for the use of pressing 5 to page the person. That is what they use for leaving a callback number. I know that if you use a personal greeting, it also adds that to the end of the greeting too.
