problem trying to install FONTS for GEORGIAN SCRIPT
Hello / gamarjobat!
In order to use Georgian alphabet on my computer, I tried to install the required utilities following the instructions given on this page: http://tlt.its.psu.edu/suggestions/international/bylanguage/georgian.html
I managed to install a Georgian Keyboard-Layout. I could also find some Georgian fonts to download for free, but I could not install them: after having downloaded, I clicked on *"install font"*. Until here, no problem...
But then, in the *"fonts book"* (sorry if the terms are not exact, my computer is in French, I try to translate them back into English...) , when I click on *"valid the font"* (in the "file" menu), the system always refuses to valid the fonts (and I tried with different ones), because of *"one serious error detected": "integrated bitmap structure « sbit »"*
And of course, since the fonts have not been accepted, I can't install them completely and they are not available in the text applications...
Could somebody help me?
As we say in - transcripted 😉 - Georgian: "tzinastzar dzalian didi madloba!" (thanks very much in advance!) 🙂
Best regards,
"tardjuman"
