Background

I want to change the background to a different color or use an image, so I select an image and set it as my "wallpaper" but it only displays on the unlock screen. Seriously, what gives? Is there any way to do have your background truly have a wallpaper?

there is no way to change the background...the wallpaper is just the unlock screen
