my fan wont stop

my fan wont stop running and my computer seems to be really hot. this happens all the time now as soon as i open my laptop the fan starts up and the bottom gets really hot. I dont understand why this is happening. this just started maybe a week or so ago. PLEASE HELP!User uploaded file

The fans are suppossed to run fast if it's overheating.

Two things...

Open Activity Monitor in Applications>Utilities... observe the CPU usage, report back please.

Tried resetting the PMU?

Safe Boot , (holding Shift key down at bootup), see if it still happens.

please don't laugh but I was reading what you sent me " the shut donn things or what ever it was" and well its just thet my coputer is over heating as soon as I open it. is is because I dont chern it off? ok let me start from the begening I open my computer ist gets warm the fan is now on it keeps running no mater what and the bottom is getting hotter. I was downloading games off of big fish but now have taken most of them off in fear that it was just to much for my computer. and now I just dont know what els to do I read some of the stuff you sent and it doesin't make to much sense like I have no idea where all the keys are and what they stand for. unless it says what it does I have no Idea. I told you be for not to laugh. cause I know its silly but I have know Idea what to do...

No, no, no, have no fear, when the student doesn't understand, it's the teacher's fault, not the student's fault! 🙂

To help me understand, what part of the worlrd are you from and how old might you be?

For a start, shut down the Mac for 10 inutes, then boot it up while holding the Shift key down... called a Safe Boot... does it still heat up, fans going on high still?
