I'm a runner and due to my ongoing problems with music skipping and/or freezing on my 40GB iPod, I'm considering purchasing a Nano. What setup works best for running? Lanyard headphones plus a case, or an armband? My concerns with the lanyard setup include the Nano bouncing up and down while running and whether or not the Nano is prone to problems with damage from perspiration (I've read about this issue with the Shuffle).
I'd love to hear from other runners as far as what has worked well for them.
