I had the same problem, this is how I was able to fix it:
Open iTunes->store->view my account. here you have to sign in with your new e-mail & password, don't change anything just click done & exit.
go to your iphone devices, then choose your info tab, from here you just have to sync.
your new e-mail & password should be now reflected in your iphone
