Testing a Mac Mini power supply

I have a Mac mini that I believe the power supply has died on. I don't have a spare to test with and I was wondering if anybody out there knew which pins on the connector were voltage and ground so I could see if that is really the problem.

With the power supplied plugged into an outlet and the Mini for at least an hour or so, is the power supply warm? Or is the power supply cold to the touch of your cheek? Check the power cord. The power supply should be at the very least warm to the touch of your cheek. If it's not, either no electric getting to the inside of the power supply or it dead. Sorry, don't have the voltages.
