Bonjour Computers in the Finder

I have file sharing turned on for the three Macs on our Airport LAN. In the Finder, I almost always see another computer with the PC Icon instead of the Mac Icon and the name "mac" followed by what appears to be the MAC Address of that computer. I'm not encountering any network issues, however that icon gets a bit annoying. Any ideas on how to get rid of that icon would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

MacPro: 2x 3.2GHz, 8GB 800MHz, GeForce 8800GT, 1.7TB, Mac OS X (10.5.4)

Sometimes that icon can come from your router.

However check your 3 Macs to see if the MAC address belongs to them.

If you have no pc's on your LAN make sure you don't have windows (smb) sharing enabled on any of your Macs.

Also make sure your Wireless LAN is using WPA2 security. This would rule out that that PC icon is not a hacker on your network.
