I just did, he didnt do the back...
Brasso will work on the back and much safer to use on the back than the front
what i want to know is that i have these white kinda marks on the back from serious scratching. they are on the corners. will it get rid of that?

it will definately remove scratches, and if not totally remove them, it will make them look not as bad as they might look

I have brasso and I tried it and it takes a super long time to work. It removes scratches (well, it did on mine), but on the back, it only cleans it and makes it shiny. So, if you only have scratches on the back, I suggest not to use it.
It takes a few repeated applications, and you have to work it in, and let it dry, etc. etc. etc..
