New Mac. Old iPhone HELP ME PLEASE

I recently purchased a new MacBook after my old PC was distroyed 😟
But i now am faced with the problem of getting my old songs/videos/apps/contacts ect. onto my mac!
Does anyone have maybe some sort of a hacker program that will allow me to transfer all of the things on my iPhone onto my iTunes on my new mac?
