problems with authorization/ any surgestions

loaded itues on my home computer, transfered my paid dounloaded music from my ipod but when i try to play any of it it tells ne to authorize it, whitch i do it tells me my computer is authorized but when i try to play any sone it tells me my comper is not autherized again, i just keep going round and round.

can any one help!

You are in the dreaded "Authorization Loop". Here are the usual fixes - try them in this order

1. Deauthorize the PC until it is showing zero authorizations on that PC for all iTS accounts. Then reauthorize the PC again for all accounts.

2. Delete the SC Info folder (not just the file) as mentioned in this article
