seeing others computers under shared

Recently, I've been seen two computers under "shared" when I go to Finder. I encrypted my wireless connection, thinking it was some of my neighbors using my internet connection. But they are still there after the encryption. What should I do?

and to add to what lenn suggested:

Go to System Preferences, click on Security, Click on Firewall, check the center radio button for "Allow only essential Services", click on the lock and lock it.

In the list of allowed applications, you should only have:

Airport Utility (if so equipped)
iTunes (if so equipped)
Safari

Any other programs, click on the minus button to remove them. If a program needs incoming access it will prompt you to ask if it is okay.

Someone is highjacking your local network, you may been to add or tighten up security, using a longer password (greater than 10 characters is suggested).
