iPod still not Syncing post Apple repair

3rd gen Nano not syncing Cal and Contact info, as described by many other people.
Sent in for Apple repair. They claim nothing is wrong - claim it works properly.
Returned - still has same problem
When is Apple going to fix this problem?
Would not buy a Nano or any other product using iTunes until they do.
