ipod sock for nano!

dose the nano fit well in the ipod sock?

Chris,

the socks were designed to work for minis and standard iPods.

I saw a pack of socks at an Apple store yesterday, and they look about as wide as a nano so it should work. It won't be super snug, but I don,t think the nano would drop out either.

For my money, I would order the nano tubes, this way you will be able to see the screen and be able to use the click wheel.

I use an iPod sock for my nano.

It is a nice fit, not to loose, but if you turn the sock upside down the nano will fall out. The sock is too big to grip the nano.

Does anybody know where i can get the nanotubes in the UK.

They seem to be taking 4 weeks from the Apple store, almost 2 weeks after i was told 4 weeks.

I hope so, just ordered one off ebay, if it doesn't fit i have been suggested to shrink it in the washer or something similar

Did you try amazon?

I ordered mine via amazon Germany and the told me they will be ready to ship on the 24th, while Apple told me probably mid octobre.

I hope amazon can hold its promise. Wish me luck... 🙂

lol, unfortunatly...you have been had.

If they were nanotubes, they would come in a pack of 5, and fit iPod nano perfectly.

actually a lot of people on ebay sell them one by one ....

I think I'm gonna do that to, because 5 tubes is just too much

IMHO I think that most people will only use 1, maybe 2 colors of the pack

I may also do that. I will use the white and blue, and maybe the green, but never the pink or purple one.

The picture looks pretty Apple-like, but I guess it's fake since that's the only place in the net that I found these kinda tubes.

They look nice though, but since there's no picture of the actual merchandise except the sample one I'm kinda sceptic.

Yep. Just saw that. I wouldnt buy nano stuff off eBay right now. I mean its all so hard to get, and im not willing to pay for some Thai rip-off. I too, would also like to see a picture of the actual nano Tube.

1 week tomorrow. Play.com say they will have them on September 26th.

hehehe caused a bit of confusion, yes i did buy a single iPod sock from ebay to clear things up, cost me £4 better than spending £19 or how ever much they cost, because i only really need 1. I think i am also going to get a nano tube when they come out.

That's just what I think .... I asked the seller if it was original apple and i got an email just saying "copies" .... I'm wondering though: Copies of what?

Anyway, as I said I ordered my tubes via Amazon.de (Germany)for 29 (about 20GBP) and they will ship on the 24th

I just realised. By the end of this month i will have 16 iPod cases in my house for my iPods.
