How do I turn off the Volume Limit?
I can set a volume, but not entirely turn off this setting. Any suggestions?

You cannot *turn off the volume setting* . It's not clear from your post why you want to turn it off or what you are trying to achieve.
What you can do though to +turn it off+ is to set the *Settings/volume limit* to maximum. Turn the setting up until the arrow under the bar is at the right-hand end and press the centre button. The bar itself will be at the "current volume" used by "adjusting the volume" while listening to something.
