Logic board chipset

The new macbooks use Nvidia 9400 GPU and DDR 3 memory. Does that mean it uses NVIDIA Logic board chipsets (motherboard chipset in PC terminology) as well?
Any information?

MBP, Mac OS X (10.5.5)

The 9400M is both a chipset and a GPU. Meaning, it is a logic board and a GPU on one dice.

Is there any information yet that compares the video (i.e. gaming) performance of these 4 setups:

9400M (256MB/DDR3), 1066MHz/DDR3 RAM - new 2.4GHz MacBook
vs.
9600M GT (512MB/GDDR3), 1066MHz/DDR3 RAM - new 2.8GHz MacBook Pro
vs.
8800 GS (512MB/GDDR3), 800MHz/DDR2 RAM - 3.06 GHz iMac
vs.
8600M GT (512MB/GDDR3), 667MHz/DDR2 RAM - previous gen 2.5GHz MacBook Pro

I don't know how these different memory/video specs play out in actual game play (nothing major like Crysis, just WoW, NWN2 & Star Wars/Trek type games).

NVidia MCP79MXT-B2. Personally I wouldn't go near any machine with an NVidia Chipset. Every PC motherboard based on NVidia NForce chipsets have been a disaster. Always major problems, so I avoid at all costs.

Come back when Intel Core i7 Nehalem based machines arrive.
