iRiver aft-100 fm transmitter, DOES THIS WORK?

I heard that iRiver aft-100 fm transmitter works fine as a fm transmitter for the iPod Nano!
can someone confirm this? is it easy to use? does is work?

and does someone know if any iPod nano accessories is out in any store? as CompUsa, walmart, etc?
