BC Driver Freezes on Intel Chipset

Trying to install BC on my Mac Pro (Mac Pro2,1 I believe). I have tried using Xp Pro and XP Home.
I have tried two different copies of Leopard with BC 2.0 (one of them when I run boot camp gives me the pci.sys error on reboot) and a newer copy of Leopard with 2.1.
All three BC versions freeze at the Intel Chipset driver install.
I have done a TON of searches and nothing comes up.
I installed BC once before a few months back just fine. I can't seem to figure what would have changed.
I have even tried removing and USB/Firewire connections to the computer - except the apple mouse/keyboard.

i'm not sure if you are referring to the new nvidia chipset based macbook pro - but on my aluminum macbook (same chipset afaik) the same thing happened. the boot camp installer just got stuch on the intel chipset driver. i brought up the task manager and killed the setup process for the chipset driver (the process description has intel in it) and the overall boot camp installer moved on successfully.

YMMV.
