Shuffle freezes pc during song dlds
This is really aggravating for me. Please bear with me, if I sound a little p----- off!
I've done about every suggestion offered to me. I've removed software and reinstalled, restored shuffle, disabled Mc Afee, removed spyware, used the rear usb ports(they are 2.0), at one point went into pc management-disk management(status for ipod was unreadable) // took my pc in to make sure usb ports are okay and they are, shuffle does have EEEE1394 firewire.
when I plug in shuffle, it updates okay, but, when I autofill or drag/drop manually , it freezes during the update for a very long time, when I can disconnect and play the shuffle there are about (my fifth time) zero songs, before there were about 23, that's where it froze last time
I've spoken with Apple Cust support, they will replace it as long as they can have my cc#, if they find that it works fine on their end, they will charge me for itm including s/h
