Berthold Fonts

I am trying to reinstall Akzidenz-Grotesk from the Berthold Exklusiv Collection and it just will not install! Files are dimmed in Font Book. I have no problems with Adobe fonts and had installed the Berthold fonts successfully some time ago (before I had to reinitialize this computer). Any ideas what I might have forgotten?
