Quarter page! Need answer quick!

+Menu > File > Page Setup… > Paper size > Manage Custom Sizes+

Actually it depends on how you intend to print. If you are buying quarter sized paper stock the as Peter said, you'll need to define a custom page. But if you are using full size paper stock that you'll be cutting or tearing to size, you'll need to use the normal paper size and then create a template with proper dimensions. (If the paper stock is from Avery they probably already have a downloadable template prepared at their download site.)

If The paper is a standard one, I would define four pages (identical or different.
Then ask the printer driver to print four pages on a sheet.
