Lock & Unlock sounds not working?

My Iphone 3g Lock & Unlock sounds not are working. I just happened randomly? I checked settings, its turned to on.

The speaker still works through safari, and Ipod. So I have no idea??

I tried plugging headphones in an all that, nothing..

I dont wanna resent my Phone because all my contacts! Ideas, please,
