My connection to Yahoo through my iPod Touch simply stopped working one day

I got my iPod Touch (8 GB) a couple of weeks ago and easily set up 2 email accounts under the "Mail" icon, a Gmail account and a Yahoo! mail account. Things were going fine until one day, I could no longer access my Yahoo! account on my iPod. I keep getting a message that says that either the username or password is wrong, but I know neither of them is wrong because I've re-typed them into the iPod 10 MILLION TIMES. Does anyone have any idea how to get my Yahoo! account back? It works fine when I check it on every other computer I ever use, just not the iPod Touch.

My girlfriend is having the exact same problem with her old iPod touch. It just started happening out of no where too. I thought it might be because she hasn't yet opted for the $10 software upgrade, but if you're having the same problem with a new touch then it must be something else. Wait did I understand you right are using one of the new touches or the first model
