Application not compatible?

I just downloaded two applications and when I try to install them through iTunes I get an error saying that both are not compatible with my iPod Touch (although they are). Last time this happened I downloaded the apps directly through the App Store on the iPod and fixed the problem. However, neither app shows up in the store there.

Ideas?

Thanks.

Developers of the app are able to decide if the program is allowed to be installed on the touch. Some features of the app may require features that only the iPhone has. The easiest way to check is when you pull up the Application's page on the iTunes App Store, check to see if it states compatibility with the touch. Since it does not show up on the App store on your touch, it seems like this may be the problem.

Hope this helps,

Stephen
