Recovered Files in Trash?????

Hi Guys,

I wonder if you could help me? I have recovered files in my Trash, and in one of em my Macintosh HD is showing up? I am worried to empty it as I may delete everything!! I have recently installed my printer and MSN Messenger, this is all's I've done?

Please help..................
