If you use Bible software such as Logos: mac or Accordance, you'll get some great Hebrew fonts.

Here's the links:
http://logos.com/mac
http://accordancebible.com

Here's also two great places to get Biblical language fonts:
http://www.accordancebible.com/support/unicode.php
http://www.logos.com/shibboleth

If you don't already have Logos but would like to purchase it let me know. I have a sales rep at Logos who can give you 25% off any of the base collections. Great software.

A further question is if I have Pages can i type in hebrew esaily or is it quite difficult (if possible at all)

To quote from the link you were already given:

"Pages, Keynote, and iWeb have various bugs with input/editing but may work acceptably for some users, especially if copy/paste from other apps is sufficient."

Most people would not use Pages for Hebrew because of its bugs. Mellel is the best app, plus TextEdit, Nisus Writer Express, iText Pro, NeoOffice, OpenOffice, and StarOffice. MS Office for Mac does not do Hebrew.

You can search the Pages forum for Hebrew for user reports:
