Podcast won't play!

Ok after several attempt to get my podcast to work I finally realized that the server I was using was converting my mp3 stream into a weird .asx format. I have since uploaded the podcasts onto my actual site and adjusted the xml accordingly but it still wont play!

my RSS URL is:
http://alcclife.org/resources/ALCC_podcast.htm

please help!

Your feed should not have the .htm extension. It should be a text file having only the .xml extension, e.g. ALCC_podcast.xml iTunes is seeing this as an html page and refusing to accept it as a feed file.

This is also picked up by FeedValidator, which in addition complains about the 'itunes:category' tag: I think this is because it should not be within the 'item' tags: you already have it correctly in the top section, where it applies to the entire podcast.

The mp3 file for the latest episode plays fine by itself.
