Posting youtube videos to iWeb

I have tried posting youtube videos with the embed code but it is only providing a link to the video. Does anyone know where I could find a tutorial on the process of posting youtube videos or give any insight how the process must be done correctly???

Have you tried using an HTML Snippet with iFrame code and the Youtube code?

<iframe width="XXX" height="XXX
" frameborder="2" src="URL of your published calendar" >
alternative content for browsers which do not
support iframe
</iframe>

Set the dimensions so the video is sized so the controls show as well as the video itself. The frame border can be zero or whatever looks good to you.

This demo page has several such snippets.

You may have to redo all of the post publishing editing with iWeb Enhancer if you make changes to the page and republish. I'm not familiar with the application. Using an HTML Snippet would not require any further effort if you edit and republish the page.
