how do i get the shuffle off on my iphone?...its off on the control's..at least i think its off..but when i listen to my ipod on my iphone and i click purchased songs it goes right to shuffle??..so how do i get it off.....thanks

Start playing a song, any song.

Select on the album artwork area for the song playing to bring up the time remaining indicator.

To the right of the time remaining indicator is the shufle icon/selection. To the left of the time remaining indicator is the repeat icon/selection.

When either are on, the color of the icon is blue.

Select the shuffle icon once to turn it off - which will change to white when off.

Page 62 iphone manual shows this:

"The repeat, Genius, and shuffle controls and the scrubber bar appear. You can see
elapsed time, remaining time, and the song number. The song’s lyrics also appear, if
you’ve added them to the song in iTunes. "
