Fred Perry inflight bag for new Macbook

So I'm looking for a laptop bag, still. I found a cool Fred Perry one that's a flight bag.
The dimensions are 10''w, 13"h and 4" deep.
My laptop is 8"w and 13"h.
Do you think it will fit?
I want to find a great looking laptop bag at a reasonable price? Starving college kid here. Any other suggestions?
