Problem with purchased game...

Up until recently, I had a 5th gen iPod video for which I had bought a few games. Unfortunately, the iPod got stolen. Wanting to still play the games I purchased, I tried to put them onto my daughter 3rd gen Nano. All the games I purchased are clearly labeled as compatible with both the 5th gen iPod video AND 3rd gen Nano. I double-checked just to make sure I don't look like an idiot.

Problem is, only one game refuses to be transfered onto the Nano: Tetris. In iTunes 8.0.1, in the applications list (on the left sidebar), Tetris is the only game iTunes lists as 5th gen iPod video only. Why is it so, when on the app store the game is clearly listed as compatible with both iPods I have and/or had? (again, 5th gen iPod video and 3rd gen Nano).

How can I fix this bug? Thank you!
