Cannot Bless System Folder Error Type -1

I would like to use the free version of RagTime. If I install the last OS X version, I cannot start RagTime at all. This issue is perhaps resolved by installing additional Tiger fonts, but I have no idea where they are. The other option is to work with the last Mac OS version of RagTime, which requires either booting under Mac OS 9, which I installed on its own partition, or using Classic. Here we are. The problem is that after installing Mac OS 9.2.2 on its own partition, I could not bless it under Mac OS 10.4.11 Server. I tried the Terminal command under root: +bless --folder9 "/Volumes/Applications/Dossier Système"+ but after restart, nothing changed. Classic is still not present under the System Preferences. And everytime I am trying to open a Mac OS application, I am getting an error type -1 message.

If a picture of an original Macintosh does not appear in the middle of this folder's icon, the system is not “blessed”.

To re-bless, boot from your OS 9 CD and double click on the System Folder to open it.

Drag the System suitcase file and the Finder file to your desktop.

Close the System Folder.

Drag the System suitcase and the Finder on top of the System Folder icon. The original Macintosh icon should appear on the System folder immediately.

Also look at this link. *Mac OS X: Classic doesn't start, Mac OS 9 not installed or recognized*
