PBeM game embedded in compressed files

I have a weird problem:

Zipped files will not decompress with the BOMArchiveHelper (double clinking on them) but when I use Stuffit expander 2009, the files decompress into some PBeM game called "Big Bang 4-In-A-Row" From Freeverse Software, by Ian Lynch Smith and Colin Lynch Smith. I have run Norton Antivirus and it does not recognize any problems.

I would appreciate any help or suggestions.

Mac G4, Mac OS X (10.4.11)

Don't.

Get that junk off your system, it causes more problems than any virus could ever hope to do.
There are no known virii that can affect Mac O SX anyway.

If you are concerned about passing on a virus via forwarded email to your friends using Windows, ClamXav is the way to go. It costs nothing and can be set to scan only your email and Download folders. http://www.clamxav.com/
