iPod Nano 4g - Putting films/videos on

Hello everyone,

I have for the first time tried to put a film onto my iPod

I used Handbrake in order to convert the dvd to the correct format - as many of you suggest to use on here.

Following doing this i put it into iTunes.

Then i next tried to drag it from the movies part of my library onto my iPod icon.

A message came up saying this: "NEW2020( that is what my film is called).. was not copied to my iPod because it cannot be played on this iPod.

Nano play vidoes/ films don't they? And there is plenty of memory space available

So does anyone know why it doesn't want to work?
