iTunes error message

When trying to create a new iMix, I get an error message:

"We could not complete your iTunes Store request. An unknown error occurred (5002). There was an error in the iTunes Store. Please try again later."

This has been happening for days. What can I do, other than waiting some more?

iMac, Mac OS X (10.5.5)

Hello Ergg and Welcome to Apple Discussions ...

Publishing your playlists
You can share your playlists with others by publishing them to the iTunes Store. Published playlists are called “iMixes.”

iMixes include 30-second previews of songs available in the iTunes Store. *Songs that aren’t available in the iTunes Store don’t appear in iMixes.*

To publish your iMix:
Select the playlist you want to publish as an iMix and choose Store > Create iMix.
Enter the requested information about your playlist and click Publish.
To update a published iMix, click the arrow next to the playlist. (Changes you make to a published iMix aren't updated updated automatically on the iTunes Store.)

Did you purchase all the songs from iTunes that you are including in the iMix??? Or import from a CD perhaps...

Carolyn 🙂
