Cleaning Lint Free Cloth

How do I clean it properly without damaging it?

Your computer should have included a cleaning cloth. You can purchase appropriate cleaning cloths online. Do a Google search for them.

If you mean cleaning your supplied cleaning cloth ~ hand wash in warm water with a small amount of detergent then rinse well. Hang up to air dry.
New cloths, I find microfiber glass cleaning cloths the best.
