I doubt that it's even possible.

Overclocking requires you to change a lot, in order to remain stable and I'm sure you cannot gain access to all of these things (clock cycles/fsb/system clock/multiplier/agp frequency/etc.), especially not through Apple's BIOS.

Basically, if you knew how to overclock a Mac, you wouldn't need to ask this question in this forum.

I agree with the other posters that overclocking your iBook G4 (or any Mac) is hardly worth it. The iBook has a tendency to run hot, as it is, and overclocking will add to that propensity.

You did not mention why you were considering such a project. There are other ways to improve the performance of your computer.
• Max out the RAM. Your computer will support 1.12 GB of RAM (1 - PC-2100 DDR266 200-pin SO-DIMM (PC-2700 supported; however it will run at only 266 MHz)) including the 128 MHz of logic board RAM.
• Install a newer, larger, faster internal HDD. Your computer shipped with a 30, 40 or 60 GB 4200 rpm HDD. Installing a 5400 rpm 160 GB or even 250 GB HDD will significantly improve performance.
• Regular Maintenance (See: Macintosh OS X Routine Maintenance
Mac OS X 10.3/10.4: System maintenance)

Please do post back with further questions or comments.

I am only aware one set of directions for overclocking the iBook G4, but you need to be able to read and understand French. You will find it here. I do not recommend this site or procedure. I list this by way of information which you attempt at your own risk. Here is a rough translation of the introduction:
Overclocking an iBook G4

In this article you will find the procedure to overclock your iBook G4. This is valid for all first and second generation iBooks G4(12 "up to 1.07 GHz, 14" up to 1.2 GHz

Introduction:

As always, overclocking a machine requires a certain level experience, and is not without risks. The risks always come from manipulation, there no risk of overheating of the processor because we will not touch with the tension of the CPU. All manipulations of your machine are entirely your responsibility. Maniuplations are relatively easy, but the following must be considered as intended solely for information.
