LogicBoard/Processor Upgrade

hi, i have a PM G5 1.8 SP late 2003 modal.
I plan to upgrade to a better processor which i also have to replace the logic board. May i know which modal of the G5 can fit into my current G5 casing? Ignore the upgrade costs and so on...

Hi Vailance;

Only the processor you currently have. There is no upgrade path for processors on PM G5.

what was im asking is, is it my g5 case able to coupe in any g5's logic boards?

Hi Vailance;

Generally it is better to sell the old Mac and buy a new one rather then attempting a hardware upgrade.
