Auction Snap won't work

Hi my Auction Snap application won't let me authorize my account on ebay so I can list my auctions from my phone. Has anyone figured out how to correct this? Maudie

iMAC, Mac OS X (10.4.11)

This item simply does not work yet; great concept, though.
