electric static noise on Univ. Dock & B&W Zeppelin

I just got my 2nd gen touch 32gb, and it seems to be making static noise when docked to a universal dock and B&W Zeppelin.

The universal dock is connected to Bose Companion 5 and powered by Belkin 7port USB hub.

The electric static noise is there regardless of if the music being played or not. The static stops when I disconnect the USB cable, which makes me believe that the noise is from the power circuitry of iPod Touch.

I've read some posts in the iPhone forum and it seems to be having the same problem.

The problem is with B&W Zeppelin because I can't just disconnect the power source as I can with a Universal Dock.

I sent my Zeppelin to the dealer to take a look at it, but it looks like the problem is with Ipod touch. (The problems didn't occur with 4th gen nano or classic 160gb under exactly same conditions.)

Do all iPod touches have this problem? Or is it that some batches do and some don't?

I really want to get Apple's response to this problem because it clearly seems like an engineering defect. Is there an e-mail that I can write to Apple?
I can't seem to locate any on the support page at apple.com.
