Default Location to save playlists

Hey all, I am wondering how I can choose the default location to save iTunes playlists?

I am wanting to save them to a folder on my USB Hard drive, so that when I switch to various computers I can just drop the playlists into the iTunes programme and away I go (all the songs in the playlists are also stored on the Hard Drive)
