Voice mail greeting language

I am in Milwaukee, all three iPhones are having the problem at our business.
I fixed mine by switching my greeting back to default.
I then deleted my custom greeting and then re-recorded.
Problem solved.
FYI - AT&T business-class tech support was clueless.

I found the option somewhere in the voicemail prompts. Can't remember where, but it is in there somewhere where you can set the language incoming callers hear. Mine is set to English yet callers still hear the spanish recording. I need to find someone that speaks spanish to see what she is actually saying.

The language is a setting in your voicemail box for your AT&T account.

You can change it by going into voicemail (dial 1)
Press 4 for mailbox settings
Press 6 to choose additional Settings
Press 4 to change the language. 1 for English, 2 for Spanish.

Same thing happening here. I am sorry if I am dense, but I can't Dial 1 and get to voicemail. The operator just comes on and says that is not a correct number--but at least she is speaking English!!!

Can't seem to find anything in System Preferences regarding this either.

I have missed a few calls because people are hanging up thinking they weren't getting my phone!!!
(I am not a Spanish speaker)

This is not anything on the iPhone. It is a setting in the voicemail box itself.

Press and hold the number one and your phone autodial your voicemail.

If the option is correct in your voicemail settings on your AT&T account, then you will need to have AT&T find out why it is not changing to English.

Appears to be ATT. I have the problem with both of my iPhones, even though I verified that they are set to English in the voicemail settings.

Talked to business support at ATT. Problem started this morning in Minneapolis area and now has migrated nationwide. (Im in Milwaukee) Had one of my spanish speaking friends translate it as "You are now going to be transfered to voicemail. You will be connected(charged??) after the beep." And then you hear the beeps and it goes to your actual voicemail. They assured me that they are working on it diligently. So for the time being we all have spanish speaking personal assistants directing our calls to voicemail.

I would start with AT&T first by calling AT&T customer/technical support.

I have three iPhones and all three of them (three different users) are all experiencing the same thing. Called AT&T and had no idea what the problem was.

Just got off the phone with ATT. They said they are aware of this issue and that it should be resolved be the end of the day. They have multiple reports of the issue.
