"One or more required items cannot be found..."

I can't delete one of my Waveform Cache Folders as it comes up with the error "The operation cannot be completed because one or more required items cannot be found. (Error code -43)."

I believe this is causing a larger problem (not being able to open up Final Cut). How do I fix it?

MacBook, Mac OS X (10.4.11), 2.16 Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo, Mac OS X V.10.4.11

Locate the folder and right click it. Choose Get info from the contextual menu pop up.
Go to the bottom of the Get Info pane and click the lock.
Enter an Adminstrators user name and password
(If you are the Admin User, it's the same password as the one you use to log in or install software.)

Directly above the lock icon, change all instances of "Read Only" to "Read And Write".

Drag the file to the trash. You might be asked again for your Admin Password -enter it and click OK.
