forward call are a network utility, there's no way you can see who is calling, because it's like the phone is telling the network: "hey you take over now and let me rest", jeje, so the phone will never know what's going on, except for the rest of the features, SMS will still work, and email's, forwarding it's just for calls

hope it helps

one way is to tap on the phone icon in the main screen, then hit the voicemail button on the lower right corner, that will show the number its dialing, the same number you have to put on the call forwarding, other way is to ask at an AT&T store, they will ask you for your zip code and according to that they will give you the number to dial.

P.S: do not forget to turn off the call forwarding, otherwise you won't get any calls at all, that's called "human factor" we're not perfect and we tend to forget, it happened to me several times.

If you want to see who is calling you can just leave it with the normal diversions to voicemail. After hearing the incoming call and seeing who has called press the sleep button twice. This will tell the system your phone is busy and divert to voicemail. If you don't do anything the phone will divert on no answer to voicemail.

Pressing the sleep once will just silence the incoming call, and eventually divert on no answer.
