802.11b/g devices do not see Airport Extreme (802.11n)

Question

802.11b/g devices do not see Airport Extreme (802.11n)

My 802.11n devices see and connect to my Airport Extreme with no problems. My 802.11b and g devices, however, do not see and, hence, do not connect to my Airport Extreme.

How do I configure the Airport Extreme to connect with all 802.11b/g/n devices?

Your airport extreme needs to be set to 802.11n (b/g compatible)

Paul,

Thank you. Your comment caused me to reset my Airport Extreme. I don't think I did anything different from the first time I setup the base station, but after I did so, the problem is gone. Now all 802.11b/g/n devices connect to the Airport Extreme.
