Epson WorkForce 500 and Airport Extreme

I have an AirPort Extreme (802.11g) as my main wireless router. I also have an AirPort Express as a WDS (propagating the signal from the main base station). I am connecting the Epson WorkForce 500 into the AirPort Extreme's USB port and I am able to add the printer however I am not able to print. It never actually connects to the printer.

- I had an HP before working just fine
- I've tried restarting both the computer and the AirPort Base Station

Me and my girlfriend both have laptops and not much counter space. It is crucial for us both to be able to print remotely. Also it'd be nice to be able to use the scanner remotely too.

I hope you guys can help us!

Thanks a lot!

I just bought one as well. I have it connected to my Airport Express and it is working for me off of my MacBook but I cannot print to it from my Windows XP machines.

To get it to work on the Mac go to Epsons driver downloads page http://www.epson.com/cgi-bin/Store/support/supDetail.jsp?BV_UseBVCookie=yes&oid= 109523&prodoid=63075462&infoType=Downloads&platform=Macintosh
and get the *"Printer Driver v6.21A"* install it. Then download and install the "*Printer Driver Update v1.02*" and install it. "This update allows printing via Bonjour when connected to an Apple AirPort Base Station."

If anyone knows how to get it to work with my XP machines I'd love to know
